Kids need positive role models

We expose young people to good. Many disadvantaged students are first-generation college candidates who lack positive role models in their family networks. Mentoring provides the encouragement they need to build aspirations for their future and be motivated to complete their college education.

Youth basketball mentoring

Sports-Based Mentoring (NBA Cares)

We partner with sports programs as mentorship vehicles, offering access to positive role models through local city programs and JR NBA initiatives. Sports teach discipline, teamwork, and perseverance.

Business mentoring session

Business Mentoring

This program pairs young people with business entrepreneurs to encourage entrepreneurial aspirations and future business development. Students learn real-world skills from successful professionals.
