About Kids Can Succeed Foundation

Kids Can Succeed Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting children, particularly those experiencing poverty, to achieve their full potential.

We believe that every child can succeed. This core value drives all of our organizational efforts. It takes time to change lives, and we are committed to sustained engagement with the young people and families we serve.

We believe in young people's capacity to achieve ambitious goals. With the right support, encouragement, and resources, kids can succeed.

What We Do

We work with children, parents, and local communities through achievement-based initiatives designed to create measurable impact across diverse populations. Our programs span education, mentoring, technology, health and fitness, and college readiness.

Founder & Executive Director

Over 20 years of youth leadership and business experience. Richard founded Kids Can Succeed Foundation with a vision to break the cycle of disadvantage for children in underserved communities. He has worked with major companies and serves as a dedicated mentor, inspiring young people to hope, dream, and believe in their futures.

Robin oversees the foundation's youth-facing programs, ensuring every initiative is designed to meet the unique needs of the children we serve. Her passion for child development drives the quality and impact of our education, mentoring, and technology programs.
